Dhan Claes is Managing Director at Semetis. She drives the business development and the commercial aspects of the agency.

While many millennials are known as job-hobbers, Dhan started in entry-level positions at Semetis as eBusiness Analyst in 2014. Over the years, she built expertise in terms of delivering data-driven insights that support clients in making strategic choices and decisions. Within Semetis Dhan played a crucial role in the development of innovative tracks that allowed our company and our clients to pioneer within the marketing industry. Due to her innovative thinking, her strive for excellence, and her energy that brings people together willinging to pioneer, Semetis has been recognized numerous times for its forward-thinking. She got the chance to share that on stage at several BAM! and other industry events, through publications on Think With Google and by giving guest lectures at Solvay Business School.

Aside from that, she spends a lot of time completing her bucket list, for example finishing an Ironman. It has allowed her to discover new things, adding to her life experiences, and with exploring comes learning which is always a good thing.
