BRUSSELS - 13/06/2023 - Semetis Game Winners Alizée Valvason and Sven Bosschem Join The Ranks Of The Semetissians
Semetis Game, a groundbreaking initiative by Semetis, has triumphed in attracting Gen Z talent to the media industry, leading to the signing of two exceptional individuals, Alizée Valvason and Sven Bosschem, who emerged as winners.
Due to its immense success, the business game returned for a highly anticipated second season. On May 11th, 30 students applied for a job with Semetis, inspired by the popular show Squid Game.
To enter Semetis Game, the students had to first solve a challenging logical puzzle, which they received via a mysterious invitation. An incredible number of 6,000 students were able to crack the code, and ultimately, 900 students signed up for the sequel. This is a significant increase of 600 from last year, and we attribute this success to the pervasive presence of the Semetis Profilers across all university campuses nationwide. Notably, Louise Gatot, project manager at Semetis, played a pivotal role in taking Semetis Game to new heights, elevating its impact and success.
The best part? Semetis Game has resulted in a massive seven-fold increase in spontaneous job applications compared to before. This extraordinary response underscores the game’s effectiveness in engaging top talent.
“Alizée and Sven emerged victorious in the Semetis Game, showcasing their mastery of data, analytical prowess, and ability to transform insight into impactful business solutions.” explains Dhan Claes. Sven is set to join the ranks of Semetissians on September 4th, followed by Alizée on October 16th.
Recognizing the power of collaboration, Semetis partnered with Veaudeville, for the strategy planning, concept creation and execution of the business game. Dhan Claes adds “Veaudeville’s creativity and brilliance played a decisive role in achieving this level of differentiation that exceeded all expectations”
