
Ninon joined Semetis as a Digital Business Analyst in March 2025, drawn by the opportunity to combine analytical thinking with strategic impact.
She holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Marketing Management from KU Leuven and began her career in a creative agency, where she worked on positioning, consumer research, and communication strategies for clients in sectors such as fashion, lifestyle, and FMCG. From analyzing generational consumption habits to helping reposition a private members' club, she enjoys diving into real-world business questions to help brands better connect with their audiences.
What attracted Ninon to Semetis is its sharp, data-driven approach to marketing and the chance to grow in an environment that values curiosity, learning, and collaboration.
Outside of work, Ninon is always exploring. Whether it’s through a good book, an exhibition, or a new spot in Brussels, she finds inspiration in the little details of everyday life. She loves food (especially risottos), travels, and meaningful conversations, and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
