Joining as Business and Operations Director, Charlie Deschamps will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company. Moreover, his focus on service quality, such as his standardization of the morning coffee process to identify campaign anomalies and opportunities, has greatly contributed to Semetis' success.
Frédéric Palella, the new Innovation and Service Development Director, will spearhead the drive for innovation and the development of new products and services that cater to customer needs. Frédéric has been a driving force behind Semetis' advanced data and technology projects as the head of the Atlas department.
