• Represent Semetis as a marketing thought leader through public speaking, PR, and industry contributions.
• Drive high-profile client engagements, ensuring Semetis is recognized for its strategic excellence.
• Build and validate business-first, marketing-science-driven frameworks that set new industry standards.

Winning Business & Elevating Client Growth

• Play a key role in winning new business, ensuring Semetis stands out in pitches with clear, business-impactful strategies.
• Create business value for Semetis’s top-tier clients, delivering strategies that align with brand, growth, and market impact goals.
• Lead the development of Semetis’s first full-digital brand-building case, demonstrating how media can drive long-term brand equity and performance.

Internal Influence & Team Development

• Educate and train Semetissians on modern marketing science, ensuring strategic thinking is embedded across all teams.
• Work cross-functionally with media, creative, analytics, research, and business teams to ensure strategy translates into executional excellence.
• Act as an internal consultant, helping teams refine approaches to media planning, measurement, and business growth.

• 10+ years of experience in agency strategy and marketing consulting
• A deep mastery of marketing science—familiarity with Les Binet, Peter Field, Byron Sharp, and Ehrenberg-Bass principles.
• Proven ability to build strategy functions within an agency and develop scalable strategic frameworks.
• A track record of winning pitches, crafting brand strategies, and driving measurable business impact.
• Hands-on experience with research, audience intelligence, and marketing effectiveness tools (Nielsen, CIM, GWI, MRI, etc.).
• A contagious passion for the future of media and marketing, with the ability to inspire teams and clients alike.
• A business-first mindset, with an ability to shift conversations from media execution to broader growth and brand strategy.
• Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies in a simple, compelling way.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, influencing C-level stakeholders, and delivering high-impact recommendations.
