We are proud to announce that Diane Tremouroux has won the YMCE Data Driven Award 2025. This remarkable achievement highlights her strong strategic reflection, usage of the right tools, and smart, thoughtful application of data throughout the process. We are equally proud of Lore Fierens, who secured a finalist nomination, placing her among the most promising young data talents in Belgium.
The Young Media & Channel Expert (YMCE) competition, organised by 360° Academy and the United Media Agencies (UMA), brings together the sector’s most promising young media professionals. In this year’s Data Driven edition, 14 talents from 8 agencies took part. After receiving a detailed briefing from ING, the participants had just over five hours to develop a strategic, data-based recommendation, which they then presented to a professional jury.

Our Semetis talent in the spotlight
Two Semetissians made it to the final round:
- Diane Tremouroux, paired with Jurgen Shehu (Publicis Groupe) — winners of the YMCE 2025 Data Driven Award
- Lore Fierens, paired with Bryan Gauthier (Mindshare) — nominated finalists
Their achievements reflect not only their personal talent, but also the strength of the Semetis approach: combining data expertise with strategic creativity, problem-solving, and strong teamwork.
Diane: “Participating in YMCE Data Driven was an incredibly enriching experience. The ING briefing was both challenging and highly representative of the kinds of problems we tackle every day. Working as a duo with someone from another agency added a meaningful dimension: you step outside your usual way of thinking, compare approaches, and learn a huge amount in a very short time. This competition really highlights what I love about this job: thinking through a full 360° approach to help our clients grow.”
Lore: “Participating in the YMCE Data Driven was a great experience, with a challenging briefing from ING that really pushed us to think in a broad 360° approach. My partner was the perfect complement to my working style: his calm approach balanced out my enthusiasm in the best way. It was also great to meet people you wouldn’t usually collaborate with, and the most interesting part for me was seeing how another agency tackles the exact same briefing. And of course, I’m incredibly proud that we both made it into the top three. I’m absolutely thrilled for Diane, who is a truly fantastic winner.”
Margaux Marien, part of the YMCE jury and Business and Client Director at Semetis, witnessed the high-quality work delivered by this year’s participants: “It was my first time having the chance to be a jury member and I was truly impressed by the quality of the presentations and the depth of thinking after just one day of brainstorming with an unfamiliar partner. It was also inspiring to see the synergy between young talents from different agencies as those duos really sparked something. The ING case was both fascinating and challenging, with three distinct audience needs to address. The winning team stood out through sharp strategic thinking, smart use of data and a clear impact on business outcomes.”
A strong confirmation of young talent at Semetis
At Semetis, we strongly invest in the development of young strategists and data experts. Having two of our colleagues ranked among the top three (with one of them winning the award) is an inspiring confirmation of the talent growing within our team.
