Laura is active as a Digital Business Consultant at Semetis. Since joining the team in 2022, she has had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, allowing her to develop a well-rounded skill set and gain in-depth knowledge across multiple industries. Her experience spans retail, food, and e-commerce, enabling her to adapt strategies to meet the unique challenges and opportunities of each sector.
Before this, she obtained her Master’s degree cum laude in Business Economics at KU Leuven, majoring in Entrepreneurship. After having acquired theoretical knowledge about economics at KU Leuven and becoming more interested in marketing, she enrolled in a postgraduate program in Marketing and Business Development at EHSAL Management School in Brussels. During this program, she was able to obtain practical skills while executing several Marketing projects for interesting companies.
After graduating in May 2022, she decided to go abroad to Nice in the South of France for a few weeks to improve her French. She spent those weeks going to French classes while staying with a host family. This experience allowed her to broaden her views by meeting people from all over the world while learning more about the French language and culture.
Laura is a social and outgoing individual who enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She has a passion for (solo)traveling and seizing every opportunity to explore the world. Her hobbies include surfing, skating, and hiking. During the summer, you’ll often find her soaking up the sun on a beach or enjoying a festival with her friends.
